1. Introduction

Welcome to Voymage ("Voymage", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://voymage.ai and all related services including image generation, tools, and user accounts. Voymage is organized, developed, and managed by Rain Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

2. Definitions

Services: Voymage website, APIs, image generation, and tools (RemoveBG, Logo Designer, Upscaler, etc.).
User: any person using the Services.
Free Credits: promotional credits granted daily login with limited validity.
Pro Credits: paid or subscription credits used for Pro Mode or premium styles.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users may register with Google or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

4. Credits, Payments & Subscriptions

• Free Credits: 20 daily login credits (expire end of day).
• Pro Credits are used for Pro Mode and premium styles.
• If Free Credits are insufficient when generating an image, Pro Credits may be automatically used when available.
• Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew by default; users can cancel anytime.
• Subscription credits may have specific validity (e.g., subscription credits valid for 2 months).
• Yearly plans deliver credits monthly.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy; see Refunds & Cancellations below.

5. Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates laws, intellectual property rights, or contains hate speech, explicit sexual content involving minors, or other unlawful materials.
• Use the Services to create deepfakes intended to harass, defraud, or mislead people without clear consent.
• Attempt to bypass credit consumption, manipulate referral rewards, or reverse-engineer our systems.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading images, you grant Voymage a limited license to process those images for the purpose of providing the Services. You retain ownership of your original images. Voymage claims no ownership of your original content. For generated images, the default license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to download and use generated images subject to these Terms. Certain premium styles or subscription plans may impose separate licensing terms—these will be clearly disclosed when purchasing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled anytime in your account settings. Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case; unconsumed credits purchased as one-off packages may not be refundable after use. For subscription refunds or disputes, contact support at [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voymage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid to Voymage in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access to generated images, credits, and account features may be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes on the website and notify users where required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Voymage is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the applicable courts.
