2. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • All credit packages and one-time purchases on Voymage are non-refundable.
  • If a user buys a package and later cancels it, no refund is provided.
  • Cancellation only stops future use of the purchased package—any credits already added to the user’s account will remain available until they expire.

3. Cancelling a Purchase

  • Voymage does not provide recurring subscription plans.
  • Users may choose to stop using a purchased package at any time, but payments already made cannot be refunded.
  • All purchased credits will continue to stay in the account until their expiry.

4. Payment Issues

  • If a payment fails or remains incomplete, credits will not be added to the account.
  • Users may retry the payment or update their payment method to complete the purchase.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If a user believes they were incorrectly charged, such as for duplicate or unauthorized payments, they must contact support within 7 days. The case will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken if the issue is verified.
